The factors which need to be considered when choosing a system are: The layout of every Student Village is different so you should have a design in place which not only gives you an overall picture but more importantly captures the pinch points where you can get a more detailed picture for identification. It is also important to retain at least 1 months footage from your digital recorder, we recommend no less than 750gb storage for a 16 camera system. Remember the bigger the storage on your digital recorder the higher the frame rate you can record at, resulting in better quality footage. Internal Cameras should always be vandal resistant and no less than 540TVL. By improving the lighting around your areas will not only give you a safer environment for the students and but will also improve the night time pictures on your cameras.
